Bdk1's Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bdk1 platform ("bdk1", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "user"). bdk1 website (bdk1.bet), mobile application, or any associated service constitutes your automatic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• Each individual is allowed a maximum of One account can be opened. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify bdk1 support immediately.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verified. Certain features will be restricted until verification is complete.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Bdk1 may request account verification at any time, for any reason or no reason at all. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in temporary or permanent account closure.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use bdk1's services. bdk1 enforces a strict policy against underage betting. A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested to verify your age in any case of doubt.

The following individuals are also ineligible to use bdk1's services:

• Users whose accounts have been previously closed by bdk1.
• For users who have activated self-exclusion on their own account.
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited under local law.
• Bdk1 employees and their immediate family members may use the platform on a limited basis — refer to the separate policy for details.

Please read and understand the following rules before placing any bets on bdk1. Once a bet is confirmed, it is considered final and cannot generally be cancelled.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event.
• Odds Changes: The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect your bet.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For partially completed events, bdk1's decision is final.
• Live Betting: bdk1 is not liable for bets affected by internet disconnection or latency during live events.
• Technical Error: bdk1 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a system error.
• Suspicious Activity: Any bet found to be connected with match-fixing or manipulation will be voided and the account will be subject to investigation.

Bdk1 reserves the right to restrict or close any market under these Terms & Conditions. bdk1 may also adjust betting limits for individual users at its discretion, without obligation to provide any explanation.

Bdk1 regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and referral rewards. Each offer comes with specific terms that should be read carefully before use.

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements (typically 5x–30x, depending on the offer).
• Bonus validity: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.

• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly — specific conditions must be met first.

Bdk1 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where there is clear evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Where discrepancies are found in KYC verification details.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.
• Upon detection of suspicious financial activity.
• When self-exclusion is activated at the user's own request.

Any valid balance in the account at the time of closure that has not been forfeited due to a Terms violation will be returned once verification is complete. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.

All content on the bdk1 website and app — including logos, designs, text, software, graphics, and databases — is protected under bdk1's intellectual property rights. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Users may access the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Using any third-party software to scrape or automate bdk1's systems is strictly prohibited.

Bdk1 strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, bdk1 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or latency.
• Errors on the part of third parties (payment gateways, telecom providers).
• Issues with the user's own device or network.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, server attacks, government directives).
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.

In no event shall bdk1's total liability exceed the balance held in the user's account. bdk1 is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages.
